Playing pure outers aginst a shorstack w/oformation

First hand i play in teh session, i don't have info on villain.
And i think considering the amount of outs i had, i could make a move against him on several streets. But also i could have been comitted in several scenarios, and most of the time one street bluff wouldn't be enough.
I have problems playing a limped pot against a shortie oop.
