I really don't get him though, why continue playing that much (without even trying to alter your game) when you're obv. donating money? It's not like multitabling for 8+ hours/day is fun.

Same could be said of playing the pokies...

I think many poker players ignore the fact that they take a lot of money off hopeless gambling addicts.

You're assuming players have moral objections to that. I, for one, don't. I'm torn between indifference and feelings of contempt towards my opponents.

You're assuming I assume that. I've come to live with where my money comes from on the back of two facts: 1) The fish want to take my money just as much as I want to take theirs, and 2) Relative skill is all that matters which means it's a level playing field--anyone can work on and improve their game.

Other people have their own justifications, and others just don't care.

However, I believe a lot of poker players either don't think about or deliberately ignore the fact that their bankrolls are padded with money taken off degenerate gambling addicts.

haribo is a nitty but solid TAG. no idea about mistermoniz.

i have been playing between 200nl and 600nl for about 3 months, just depending on where the games are good and how much ive drained my account. was there something in particular you wanted to know?
