overplayed hands? overplayed hands?

Villian is 24/16 with 4.1% 3bet 2 tabler. I got him noted as bad and that he likes to call/bluffcatch.

I know I should fold river when he raise but what do you think about turn/river bet? Is it too thin?

Hero (CO): $100 (100 bb)
BTN: $196.40 (196.4 bb)
SB: $110.35 (110.4 bb)
BB: $50 (50 bb)
UTG: $47.70 (47.7 bb)
MP: $109 (109 bb)

Preflop: Hero is CO with Q A
UTG folds, MP raises to $2.20, Hero calls $2.20, BTN calls $2.20, SB calls $1.70, BB calls $1.20

Flop: ($11) Q 5 9 (5 players)
SB checks, BB checks, MP checks, Hero bets $8, BTN calls $8, 3 folds

Turn: ($27) 6 (2 players)
Hero bets $17, BTN calls $17

River: ($61) Q (2 players)
Hero bets $36, BTN raises to $169.20, Hero calls $36.80 and is all-in

Results: $206.60 pot ($3 rake)
Final Board: Q 5 9 6 Q
Hero mucked Q A and lost (-$100 net)
BTN showed 5 5 and won $203.60 ($103.60 net)

Villian is 40/6 fish. Got note that he limp/c 89 and just c/call 896 2 streets. I didn't read that note at the time but overall I found him passive and althought I was pretty sure he would just c/c hands that beat me OTF and OTT I thought there are enough combos of pair+SD which maybe picked some FD OTT and I thought he won't raise me without nut flush since we are deeper so I decided to bet.
OTR with Ah which removes combos of flush I decided to bet again.
Too thin? Result oriented?

SB: $216.45 (216.5 bb)

Hero (CO): $235.15 (235.2 bb)
BTN: $66.90 (66.9 bb)

Preflop: Hero is CO with A K
UTG folds, MP calls $1, Hero raises to $4.50, 2 folds, BB calls $3.50, MP calls $3.50

Flop: ($13) 9 K J (3 players)
BB checks, MP checks, Hero bets $9, BB folds, MP calls $9

Turn: ($30) 8 (2 players)
MP checks, Hero bets $22, MP calls $22

River: ($72) A (2 players)

H1: turn and river are fine because I would expect BTN to raise such a drawish flop with a set. I guess the river is a fold.

H2: turn is a bit thin imo because straight draw also got there, though I agree for going for one more street of value in general, even when the flush comes in, partly b/c we block the nut flush

river is far too thin imo

What about this one. Villan was 25/2 over couple hands. 1 tabling, no info.
What do you think about turn raise? River shove ok? I don't see many hands that calls me but I thought he would 3bet turn with hands that beat me.

UTG: $51.85 (51.9 bb)
MP: $115.35 (115.4 bb)
CO: $97.30 (97.3 bb)
Hero (BTN): $264.50 (264.5 bb)
SB: $112.85 (112.9 bb)
BB: $162.50 (162.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with Q A
2 folds, CO raises to $2, Hero raises to $8, 2 folds, CO calls $6

Flop: ($17.50) 8 3 T (2 players)
CO checks, Hero checks

Turn: ($17.50) A (2 players)
CO bets $6.75, Hero raises to $25, CO calls $18.25

River: ($67.50) 2 (2 players)
CO checks, Hero bets $231.50 and is all-in, CO calls $64.30 and is all-in

Hand 1 - Just shove the river, he has so little left

hand 2 - If he's a huge whale I don't mind it. The flush might narrow his calling range quite a bit though imo.

Hand 3 - Thin but could be ok.
