This hand was not played by me, it was played by Mr_Topdeck.
I had never played with him before so when i seen him make this play i assumed he was a fish but when i checked his ptr he seemed to be a very strong player.
His opponent in the hand was also unknown to me but he seemed to have aggressive reg stats over a small sample.

I would appreciate any thoughts on the hand, his thought process and whether or not this is a case of fps or is it just a great read?

unless they have a lot of history it's a bluff and BB double-double reverse levelled himself.

bb calling KTo to an utg raise is pretty atrocious, might be utg had a read and was going for value.
