It's true Star's support has chat capabilities, it happened to me once when they thought I was doing something wrong, and got it sorted out then.

it looks like i paid an overall 2.3% penalty overall on my taxes for not filing quarterly. (3.2% on federal and none on state). don't quote me on those because these numbers come from my tax guy preparing my taxes for me and not my firsthand knowledge.
im not sure at all about the penalty for making late quarterly payments, as my numbers are just for not filing quarterly all throughout the year.

If you don't mind me asking, what kind of base of taxes did you pay or will be looking to pay during this entire time period you're talking about? A range is completely fine.
