He was playing at several of my tables yesterday and was basically 3 betting the **** out of everybody. His 3bet percentage was around 15. Indeed not very much fun to play against him.

Yeah, I think I'm aight now though. He gets like no respect at tables though so he always has a huge stack.

I mean despite how much he 3bets, he's had it against me every time.
07-18-2008 , 07:38 AM
He's a good player but I don't mind him at my table.
07-18-2008 , 08:35 AM
i think Tsuyoku is horrible. a 3b % of between 15-20% is SOOOOOOO easy to exploit, even if you're OOP.

lol exactly my thoughts.

Just because a player is tough to play against, doesn't mean he's a big winner. Against someone like Tsuyoku, you can do a lot of things.

One is you can just tighten up a lot. So no more raising 76o or 54s from the CO. Also, I don't know about his post flop tendencies, but if he double barrels a lot then I'd be calling AT-AK a ton IP. Plus KQ/KJ etc. I'd probably 4bet shove 22-99 and A2s-A8s because this is definitely going to be profitable. Also I'd cc AA-TT IP simply because his range is so wide that we want to slowplay these hands, even though if he knew we cc with our good hands we'd be exploitable but he's not going to notice this.

Calling stuff like T9s IP and shoving some good flops is alright I guess but I'd be more likely to just wait for big card hands and exploit him post flop. But basically he seems to be a lot like donk.kr it seems so just play both of them the same. Although I never fold hands to donk.kr after the flop because he double barells a ton.
07-18-2008 , 09:33 AM
is the laggy donk.kr still totally bad?
07-18-2008 , 09:34 AM
Ya, against positionally aware lagtards, flatting huge hands ip is the stone cold chris moneymaker nuts.

Ok ive had a subscription with CR for around 8 months now and have found the content has been pretty lame the past 2months. Im thinking about signing up to deucescracked and was wondering how much the subscription is and how ppl think this compares to CR if they have used both?
07-18-2008 , 11:43 AM
I think it's $29/month and there's no sign-up fee. I think I'd say Leggo > DC >>> CR in terms of quality.
07-18-2008 , 11:43 AM
i just play like a bigger lagtard against such players, draw out of them in a big hand and then i can start playing good poker ^^

hyi_vam plays 1/2 correct?
07-18-2008 , 12:29 PM
yeah hyi_vam is Bad_Mofu on 2p2. Even tho he looked like he was being a squeezer (had him at something really nitty like 12/8 for a small sample)I thought I remembered seeing him post some really lagtarded stuff playing higher than 1/2. then saw him shove like 200 into a 10 dollar pot and was like yeah I don't think he's really being a squeezer he's gonna spaz out on me soon with how much I'm raising preflop and him having position on me. 4b his first 3b with AJo CO vs BTN and shipped it in to his 5b.

Oooooopppppsss AK good, nh
