LOL not really, but that said you probably could beat these games playing 20/15 or something, the 100NL HU regs are so ridiculous. It's only my second day, but yesterday two seperate guys got TPTK in on the flop and then called it a "huge cooler" when I turned up with a (shock horror!) set.

foldequity, understanding relative hand values is essential to maximizing your EV. if you think that felting TPTK on the flop HU is some sort of ridiculous LOLplay, you are missing gobs of value when you hold similar strength hands.

best of luck

Whoops I left out the "We were 300BBs deep and I hadn't done anything crazy" part.

That they seemed to not understand relative hand values was my point.
TPTK HU versus an unknown or aggressive player for 100BB = the nuts
TPTK HU versus a straightforward player for 300BB != the nuts

If TPTK AI on the flop isn't a cooler (or, at least, is close enough where you can't LOL at someone calling it a cooler), then you're doing something wrong

Ok, I give up, someone teach me how to beat 1/2 NL, sweet.kr tilts the hell out of me. How does everyone handle him? It always seems like he's gunning for me.

It depends on my table image but my general strategy against him is to not suck.

Just play solid and don't try to bluff him cause he gets very stubborn.

Yea sweet tends to get real stubborn, and especially likes to 3 barrel a lot. Sometimes I have to make some Hero calls, but honestly the guy has tons of post flop leaks....He is my #1 customer on PT, but I will admit he has gotten better IMO.

I don't even wanna know where I stand on that list cause I'm pretty sure I'm the run bad king of 200nl shots. Hbomb, you and I should merge into the next sweet.kr...except maybe we'll be winnars

I think its hilarious how we both crush 100nl and struggle to get past b/e one level up. And yes, I play the same game at 200nl making small adjustments while table selecting like the hottest dancer at a truck stop titty bar...I could post every hand to show just how stupid this is,,,but hey maybe it takes some people 10 shots to get it right.

Who can I pay to hit the move up heater already?

How many buy ins do use roughly when shot taking?

Lately i been crushing 100nl. Anyone notice a large influx of ******edly bad players on stars 100. I cashed out a ton so not rolled for 200 but id imagine that the same?

I find it hard to put in sessions now because ill win 4-5 buyins then just quit for the day. Ohh well.

I have this same problem. I've only played like 6K hands this month, but I'm on track to my best month ever lol. Not the worst problem in the world, I guess.

yes the play has been horrendous the last week. I am not noticing many regulars at my tables.

I don't know where they went. 3 weeks ago it was dennisgpunkt, midnighttokr, ianbarns, myself, pablostar (lol), and a super fish at every table.

now its like myself, one regular, and 4 super fish.
