It was down for maintenance, new update happened.

The new program seems to be randomly locking up though and folding hands for me. Anyone else getting that? It freezes for 50 seconds or so.

am i the only one who has this problem with "party application does not respond"?

thanks. i noticed that afterwards. i've set my firewall to not allow party open browsers so i didnt get the standard page where i can check if they have a problem. all good now

Party application freezes for me as well since yesterday, like random stuck then after a few seconds it works again, during the freeze i can access anything else on my pc just not party and if i click on the software trying to move it or something i get this msg that mfc application has stopped responding etc. Rly strange.

today party was freezing 3 times for like 10 seconds and 2 times crashed.
always appeared the message with party apllication does not respond....
very strange i am thinking at reinstalling my vista cause is verry annoying but i dont know if will help if u have the same problem.

party froze today around 6-7 times + few times x/8 tables disconn and others worked fine... every f... time after update they fcuk up everything.... enjoy my 240$ that i lost bc of disconns

But yeah, these 20BB tables are taking over now. It was just going to be a matter of time I guess, which sucks, because I had hope on Party just for the fact that ratholers didn't start tables. It still amazes me at people's lack of foresight into which they thought these changes would be an improvement over the previous system.

me too. Lost QQQxx to royal flush and QQQ99 to 9999. Then yesterday lost KKK444 to 4444 by that goof fadeaway and the fcker slow rolled the river down to 5 second time bank before snapping my river shove?

Also, party rep, there really needs to be a cap on these 20BB tables, like a ratio cap or something, 10% maybe even 15% max 20BB tables? is that unfair to do? If the 20BB tables catch steam they are going to be bad for the games. And now I see a lot of regs even playing on these weird tables? Like seriously, wtf are you doing??? The less of these going, the more chance those guys are buying in for 100 instead of 40, so really the +EV you think you are getting you are really losing and the more regs attract and get fish used to these the more -EV it will become.

I have been experiencing this freezing problem since February. Does it happen EVERY TEN MINUTES for everybody else, too? Has anybody been able to fix it such as with a registry clean and uninstall?

No, just PT3 with McAfee SecurityCenter and Windows Vista. Other odd things happening while playing PartyPoker is that my mouse pointer occasionally disappears, and the keyboard (language bar) suddenly changes from US to Canadian French. Maybe the problem is the Windows registry has been messed up by the PartyGaming application?
