Yeah, I had pretty much the same. I'm opening about 23% now, and playing much less OOP, so I don't have to cbet quite so much (that was actually a huge leak of mine, raising too wide in EP, MP and SB)...

by the way, all: any thoughts on NeveReveN_? I feel I've improved my game a ton, but I don't have significant results to back it up..would be nice to have an opponent's point of view

dont normally respond to these ...but its friday...

IMO you play ok but a few things stood out;

you lost money on btn / co on my sample (couple k hands) . i know this is a small sample but still v few people lose money in these positions over this sample. maybe you try to steal a little too much...call 3 bets too light when blinds repop u (not sure on this one)..

your turn/river agg looks v low also....

What is the program people are using to see how much I've won or lost in a day and my lifetime playing history? Fish keep telling me my stats at the table.

98 % BU openraise is maybe a little bit too much.

That's definitely sample size related. Although my CO winnings are very low, but it's just over 23k hands (4.1k in CO).
I had a look at my graph just on BU, and there's a *huge* drop when I started 12-tabling, I should have that fixed now though (no more than 9 tables now)

Yep, I'm a calling station (I usually call down my A highs or low pairs rather than try to bluff with the best hand etc)

Thanks a lot btw

Sounds like you asked for advice, got someone to give you some, and then defended against his suggestions...
08-28-2009 , 01:15 PM
you didn't have to, you chose to make a completely unnecessary dickish comment out of nowhere, knowing nothing about me. my mspaint thing wat? because I have artistic ability that negates me from getting clunge? wtf world do you live in

I guess it does..that wasn't my intention. It's just that I've already spent quite a lot of time reviewing (mostly with a coach) the things pokerhat was kind enough to point out, so I'm really just waiting for a bigger sample to see if it works well, or if I'm just a fish on a heater

also, i vote for a HU grudge match with UC. gogogo

It's between 6.7% - 20% additional rakeback. For example, if I want to earn ~4500 points in September and do it leisurely and evenly throughout the month or ~150 points/day, then I would get at least $150 / $2250 (tournament fees) or 6.7% rakeback. If I were able to earn those points spread evenly over only ten days of grinding, then I would get $450 / $2250 or up to 20% rakeback.

Just like the Race Race in May, some players will lose more money from the -EV extra grinding for points than the actual cash bonus. For example, some players switched to Fixed Limit or 6-max or a higher limit to move up the points ladder, but ended up going busto!

Another example is if I choose to grind my September points closer to ten days instead of thirty, I would play a lot more cash games than normal where my profit/hour is not as high and I would skip a bunch of my profitable tournaments. The ideal promotion is one where you can earn the maximum reward without changing your regular playing routine too much resulting in losing some of the money or even more than the reward itself.
