I just skip it right now. I've hurt myself twice doing it (both times I tweaked a hip flexor). I'll try to work it in if I do it again or next month.

Also - I've certainly slacked in my abripper. I really need to get on it as I'd love to get to the point where I could actually complete all the reps of all the exercises. That **** is co fo sho.

My Microsoft Word and Windows Media Player are now not working...at all. I can't open any .wmv or .doc files or the applications themselves. In addition to that, I've contacted one of those horrible search engine redirect viruses. Prior to today, I hadn't had to spend more than 5 minutes worrying about a virus for 4+ years. FML.

Thursday- Shelf exam covering: Histology, Embryology, Cell Biology, Cell Physiology, Nueroanatomy, Head/Neck anatomy, Neurophysiology

interview went well after a shaky start. The guy called my cell instead of my home phone (I get bad cell service so I had to call him back), he had a thick accent and I couldn't pronounce his name. Got my feet underneath myself pretty quickly though and went well. They said I had a very strong application! I have another call with the GM either tomorrow or Weds. She was supposed to be here today but had some kid issues.

Right Guard for years - not the anti persp pit lacquer but just the deoderant. It works great for me (tho I'm not really that smelly in general).

BTW - the drug I was referring to was Modafinil. I've been looking for some forever (I'd like to check it out) but can't seem to find it anywhere. Do canadian pharmacys ship **** anymore? A few years back they were legit - I think something changed tho.
