What HEM HUD are people running these days? Is there a particularly good one available for download, or are most people just running custom ones.

Is stars' software running super slowly after the last update for anyone else ?
(especially after playing an hour or so, it is super laggy).

08-06-2013 , 03:54 PM
i dont find them terribly annoying tbh, just getting it in wide pre and let them make fish mistakes post.. for the most part they are shockingly bad imo.
08-06-2013 , 05:38 PM
constantly getting squeezed and 3bet by a stacksize I have to fold a lot of my ranges against is terribly annoying
I don't wont to tighten my opening ranges just because a few clowns have nothing better to do than shortdonk for 5$ an hour, get a life
08-06-2013 , 05:44 PM
if it's bad for you it means its good for them
08-06-2013 , 05:54 PM
shortstackers are profiting from my wider ranges which I play to profit more from other normal stacksizes?

Love how some people still somehow think they are better than shortstackers at shortstacking after rake.

alot of them are free money. they may have some sort of math edge in their stack depth or whatever but their postflop leaks are so huge that it evens out anyways. ive seen plenty of them open like 80% of sb's etc. too lol, just completely terrible. theres also a shortreg in nl200 zoom whom i have check-raising about 60% over a decent sample, basically clicks it in when he flops A6 on AT4r and stuff. conclusion - pretty sure i beat them all at a fairly healthy rate.

Will forcing short stackers (that everyone says are good enough to beat all full stack regs) to learn to play full stacked be better for the games/fish... b/c I don't think its that hard to switch from playing 40bb to 100bb. Most ppl agree that playing 100bb deep is more +ev so we are just forcing ppl to do something that is more +ev. The short stackers that are not good enough to switch over to 100bb play were probably not very good short stackers to start with.... I dont really have an opinion either way.... sometimes it is annoying to have 2 40bb stacks to your left but other times when there is a terrible fish playing 90 vpip 200bb deep and there are 3 regs with 40bb I am pretty happy
08-06-2013 , 08:08 PM
omg i cant stand those shortstackers go ****ing to play 100bb is something i've always found lol. it's poker ffs if u can't adjust go find another game
