I haven't and would be very surprised if this happened, it would be -EV for all operators.

Never heard about that. Dont give them this idea. Speed doesn't have too much people playing. NL200 rarely runs with the two pools together.

Sometimes in a day NL50/NL100 have 60 players or less. Split it into 30/30 and they will become unplayable.

increase to 15 sec min is mandatory

meh, if we are going to dream about things that are never going to happen, id rather have 10 seconds and the 200nl game not be infested with ratholers.
