Where can we (americans) play nowadays?

From my understanding merge had dried up and lock/cake are not cashing out at all

Wow, what a good morning...log in to FTP to find out I had about 2k more $$ and almost double the amount of FTP that I remember. Guess I convinced myself over time that I kept over estimating the balance?
