slightly less, cause you dont double earn VPP on nl200. just 50% more or kind of that

Lol does this promotion mean we're going to see SSNL complaining about MTTs that they are "forced" to play on Sunday, part deux?

i'm not being sarcastic, just curious.
Its one thing talking about playing in a 6 max game with all regs, but HU is totally different. First off there are a very very small amount of people who read this thread who I would say even have the potential to be +EV vs me 4 tabling HU, and even though I would play them anyway because I offered it. Most of the people though are fairly robotic (not that Im not when I play 6 max) and just do exactly what other people have laid out as the optimal strategy. Playing these people HU it becomes very very easy to exploit them.

2nd even if it is breakevenish I feel that playing HU improves my 6 max game, and im on a big downswing ATM

All this does is makes it a lot easier for multitabling regs to find decent fullstacked tables.
it solves nothing for me, because the fish won't be there.

Never seen anyone so happy after winning some sort of tournament/prize. It's now been snowing here almost 24 hours straight.

Anyone having any problems with auto-reload today?

LOL, you post some of the best gifs (I think that's what they are called). Durrrr is probably thinking I could have made more money grinding on FTP

Why do people sit out alone on empty tables? mikeymizz and pappadogg right now for eg but many other do it regularly.

It makes the lobby look like **** and makes it harder for people who are actually playing and wanting to start tables.

i assume what happens is they decide to take a break, not sure when they will be back, so they just sit out of all of their tables, hoping to make it back before they get kicked off. Then the table breaks and they just sit there by themselves

Nah, they are probably just avoiding anyone who even has the potential to be +EV against them.

I use tablescan turbo and have a point system. The tables with full stacks are awarded a higher score, so it's easy to see if I sort by the score column.

does anyone know what the ptr "hot or not" score actually measures

because mine is 7

and i would like to know whether i should be upset about running badly or depressed that i am not good enough to beat 100nl

though most likely the answer is "both"
02-10-2010 , 09:15 PM
I think it is some combination of how good you are and how good you are running, though I have no idea how it's actually calculated.
02-10-2010 , 09:31 PM
I have a tilt score of 100 and a hot score of 0.
02-10-2010 , 10:29 PM
Basically what Kevin said, I believe it to be a weird combination of both factors. Consistency does play a odd role in it even if you aren't winning more than you're used to, you're still considered to be on a "heater".

ahh.. sounds like a really useful program

They should have a promotion that every player gets 5 guesses as to how much we think Pokerstars has made off of players like us in the past 10 billion hands, the person that gets the closest gets to spend a week with Lee Jones on his 500 foot yacht and then go for a helicopter ride to his private island where he lives with a family of chimpanzees.

Im pretty sure most 24 tabling 6m players are SS? Maybe the occasional nanonoko and skat tilt who 24 tables 6m fullstacked?

how do you guys prefer your TableNinja configured?
i've found that i'm really only using it for auto-buyin, big blind posting, and the Smart Sit-Out thing (which are all super handy and might justify the purchase all by themselves)
what else do you guys use yours for?
