I truly love Pokerstars, largely due to the all the effort your support team gives, but recently I have become very frustrated with your site. I am going for super nova elite this year, and as of now that is the only reason I have stuck with your site this year. It is bad enough that I can only play ~1/3 of your tables because I dont want to play with short stackers, and there is normally about 2 times as many "normal" tables running then 50 BB min tables; but now every sunday I have to deal with the ridiculous server problems. It is hard enough to not tilt when having a bad session, but it becomes a million times harder when you are having a bad session, cant look at your cashier, cant join new tables, all your current tables break because no new players can join them, and the number of 50 BB min non fast tables drops under 10. Please please please do something to fix these problems before you lose someone who plans on contributing 200k+ in rake for the next 3 years to full tilt, and several others like me.

i do think stars is going to get a little better as the year goes on though. the short stacks are kind of infuriating right now...not only how bad they make the tables in a vacuum but fish have really started hating them. i know i've talked to a couple people irl before about pokerstars and they've said one of the reasons they don't play is the amount of shorties.
