jorj95/cts/bikini wax are snatching up a ton of people. My roommate sold 80% of himself in a grip of donkaments in 30 minutes. Doesn't hurt to test the waters imo.

quick ? about how the marketplace works..if he sells 80% of his action, does this mean whoever bought 80% will receive 80% of the cash prizes? so the markup is the only place where he receives value for providing this service to his investors (as well as the ability to play in higher buy ins with their help)?

yeah, if you sell 80% of yourself then you give the backer(s) 80% of whatever you get when you cash out (i.e. it's not after recouping your buyin or anything)

I mean most SSNLers don't have the bankroll for $1k tournaments (I don't mean they don't have the money to take $1k shots, obv, just that an MTT bankroll for $1k buyin MTTs if you wanted to do them regularly would probably be something like $500k to $1million) but any winning NL100+ player is definitely +EV in most of the WSOP events so it's logical for them to sell action

yeah, I'll be grinding hard next month I'm interested to know what sort of MGR will be required for 1st/250th... I think I can probably get 15k MGR if I put in the effort.

how do you guys think time of day affects winrate? i.e. i just played on my lunch break (~5-7pm EST) and there were definintely a lot more fish than when I'm usually playing (~1-5am EST).

also, is BeerMe itt? Were you planning on 4b/getting-it-in w/ 77 btn vs sb w/o history (rush)? ooorrrrr was that a bluff? That has to be a spew, amirite? If not normally, it has to be vs me....

i don't think so, but i'm at work and i know i'll get hate for flatting that 4b anyway, so i really don't feel like explaining it....although i'd love to hear some of that hate

Yep. I definitely hate it. I'm sure there are some reasons for it (i.e. that he'll fire a lot of A/K board because he assumes you never have AK), that said why let him realize his equity with 79o or whatever when you can shove preflop and take down a 50bb pot? Plus some people absolutely will 4b/call AQ/AJ preflop if you have an aggro image. So those two things I think outweigh any EV that might come from "outplaying him postflop." Curious to hear your argument though.

I'm not pretending like I'm good but there are several winning ssnl regs that I think have some lolbad leaks. truth is it's ssnl and there are usually so many fish in the games that players with some holes in their games can still profit a decent amount.

he hasn't won his last 400k hands on TR, doesn't beat 1/2 on TR. He is definitely a losing player right now.
