without a drooler or many bad players at the table, theres no way to win playing that tight in a 6max setting. He would be blinded to death no? 1.5BB/6 is much more than 12% of your hands lol. I raise more than that UTG

Sick rush graphs/stats. Im sure lots of diff styles can win at rush but seems the variance would be insane. Like peter your 200nl 6m graph looks way fun and swingy!

Plus you have to beat the rake. I play about an 18/15 in rush 6max and I couldn't really imagine going any tighter than that. My normal game stats are 23/20 and it doesn't even feel that much different.

I think the main issue is that players who play that tight in 99.99% of cases really dont understand the game very well, so its a whole lot less likely that they win at all.

If a top player at a respective stake wanted to play ~13/12 or something like that they could probably profit, just not a lot. Obv. this assumes decent table selection
10-21-2010 , 09:36 PM
well the thing is, runner6 doesnt "grind" he plays like 50 hands at a table waiting to stack the fish, then insta-sits out and leaves. he must be running like god also

Jackass 3D was hilarious, but gross, and a bit too much gay stuff(dick and balls)

Paranormal Activity 2 had potential to be scary as **** but they didnt take it far enough. Still kind of creepy though.

Cheers to crushing this weekend hopefully.

Octopus8 is a tight winning player, more like 17/14 but he's a shortie...his PTR is ridiculous.
octopus plays a lot of cap too, but ya i play with him a lot and he seems good but jesus he must run good

I just fired up HEM for the first time in over a year and it turns out I've been playing MUCH tighter than I did at normal tables: 16/13. I'm a slight winner over 230k hands at 200nl rush, despite being not very good, not using an HUD for all but the very last few of those hands (I'm such a fish; it's made life so much easier ldo), being a huge tilt-monkey with regular 'here take my money' sessions and running pretty poorly (imo, but I guess everyone thinks that). So I don't think it's a stretch for even tighter full-stacked players to post some pretty good win-rates if they're solid enough, though if they're that good they're probably costing themselves a lot by not playing looser.

This week's rake, 27% would be 459, I got 434 playing 23 or 24/something over a variety of games
10-22-2010 , 11:01 AM
So you lost 5.43%? Pretty big hit imo

TBH, I think this is a call. I mean you only have to right 1.65% of the time. Ya, it looks super strong, but I would say he's value betting AQ with this line 5%+ of the time. I don't think I can fold this in real time, I think it should be a call, but I could be wrong, I am a station.

are you serious? we are never beating anything here. villain ALWAYS has us beat here. the bottom of his range has got to be 2 pair min and having the A just puts more sets/2 pairs in his range. always snap folding this. very wp. you lost the min
10-22-2010 , 11:43 AM
more impressive bumhunter than runner6 imo
