Villian rather tight 24/19, cb oop 60%/57%(7)

Do we have value shove otr? I think villian might end up having all T9(16), and sets(12), now only need to find 4 more comboes. Which is quite easy because villian might station with some 2 pairs

I'd play exploitable based on villain's tendencies. At smaller stakes, the regs tend to fold sets here a lot when jammed. Without reads I'd still jam though.

I don't agree with regs folding sets here. Smaller stakes tend to fold less and blind vs blind where ranges are super wide I don't think many players fold sets here to a river raise at any stake.

I think T9/65/KJ/sets are clear value raises on the river in these positions. You could go as thin as K4s and still get >50% calls from worse I think. That's 50+ comboes of value. For bluffs I'd use QT essentially every time and randomize between comboes of 97/T7. The 8 is a pretty good card for your range here, especially if opponents don't think you're turning pairs into bluffs. It's hard to find credible unpaired bluff combinations on this board besides QT
