Bet turn

bet turn/shove river makes things so much easier. Now, I'm not in the camp of making things easier to play but betting turn is clearly the correct play and a river shove would've resulted from that.

fold river

River is a sigh-call. We're supposed to bet turn, and I imagine we usually are going to bet turn with flushes and a lot of our Jsx. When we talk about folding River with the A-high flush we are talking about folding the entirety of our range unless we can show up here with like AJo w/ Js. I think we're betting most JJ w/ Js on the turn as a semi-bluff so we just never show up with the Js OTR. I'm calling, it sucks, it's a bluff catcher, but I can't let villain fold my entire range here. I think that x/c OTR is a better line and we should definitely bet turn.

Exploit fold because a 50nl player isn't bluffing here

Again, I'm just trying to learn a little. Nobody thinks villain shows up with naked Ks?

In the room I play in I wouldn't be surprised to see Ks make that play.

AHAHAHA what a funny hand.

1.) On the turn you HAVE to bet. Villain doesn't have a flush unless called with 67s or KJs or something trashy like that (probably didn't happen.)

(Because you hold the A spades and Qspades, 9s hits the turn, you can push out all the premium spade hands)

2.) Bet flop bigger. You want to get your money in against other sets or 2 pair hands before the board get's scary.

As played, call that off, it's a snap call..snap snap snap snap snap

Seems like a pretty wet board with two players left to act. My first thought would have been to bet more on the flop as well. Just curious your thoughts on it.

If we bet bigger we represent too strong on that board. I think that the one of the common leaks at small stakes is to defend strong when we do not have to since we want to extract value from some weaker hands that fold otherwise, and not thinking about each particular hand from our and V's ranges perspective.

Also, there is only one played left to act otf, not too.

Edit: Against a fish we can bet big and go for 2 streets.
