Vilain good reg, defend himself well and is aggro postflop, 3bet like 5/6% preF

So we have a huge range advantage so i decide to 1/3 pot with range or close
I really don't expect him to raise that often since we have way more nuts than him, yet he does, and since i'm 1/3 pot range i don't want to overfold against a raise making his raise pretty profitable on a spot where he just should'nt raise
Leveling ? what should we do here ?

1/3 pot seems too small on that board, just fold
