Basically comes down to whether you think villain plays KQ this way. If the answer is yes then call otherwise fold.

i fold, i think this line is screaming set because that's how i would play a set or two pair. i think the best case scenario for you is that he has AK as well but then it's not worth it to hero call for a chop.

With an SPR of less than 6 on the flop your pot-committed; you have to call on the turn.

so let me get this straight if you have put in 1/3 your stack on the turn you have to put in the other 2/3 even if you think its more than likely you are dead?

U should avoid putting in 1/3 of your stack and then folding - if the turn card completes an obvious flush or straight then u can fold - here you have to call IMO.

If we put in 1/2 of our stack and an obvious straight/flush comes we're folding as well.
I don't get the point of your original post though.

it's a really bad way to play either because you stop villain from bluffing river, the board is dry enough, and any hand that he calls a shove with he will either shove river himself or check/call river

i think it's a call because so few hands beat you and it makes no sense to play them this way, and also if you got set mined villain didn't really have odds so **** him. if hes really passive or if you were deeper then fold

I just shrug and fold, absent a real good read. If this is reg vs. reg he might be calling you relatively light preflop, and with things like QJs, T9s, TT, and 99 getting there for him if he was light, and for you once he flats your 3-bet pre, it's pretty hard to find much of anything you beat.

As far as Villain being stupid for playing strong made hands that way, well, that's a reason to play strong made hands that way vs a decent reg. You can get some amazingly light calls when further value was questionable anyway, and of course protect your hand from the occasional suckout if he does let it go.

I dont like your bet sizing on the T u bet half pot. If u have AA or set of KK you would bet more so in this spot I would bet around 60. U bet half pot and could be very weak in his view but is still a fold. But is also true if u bet big who will call u? But u dont have this problem now. imo
