I think this is sorta close since you are getting 2:1 and he could have AJ or AK. More often I think you are beat. I would 4 bet preflop and raise the flop.

There's still a lot of semi-bluffing hands he could be doing this against and he could also have AK/AJ/ I'm not folding here getting 2:1. Plus we have a draw.
