NL200 - Straightdraw on turn

I just sat down on this table and have no read on villain. What do you think off my line here? I really dont think he can be that strong considering he limped preflop and bet like halfpot on turn. What do you think about my betsize?
My plan on the river would be to push any K, A or 9 for value otherwise c/f. Any thoughts about this? Would you fire a third barrel if called? Or maybe checkraise less to set it up for a potshove on the river regardless? As played i only have about a halfpot bet left on the river so a bluff there would be pretty bad i think.
