I'm guessing he hit a pair on the turn to go with his flush draw and wanted a cheap card. I think you should have raised more on turn. I think you have to fold river. No reason to check-raise when he hits his flush here. He knows you're going to check most hands.

the way he played it looks soooo much like a flush draw i think you can find a cryying fold here

Bet more ton the turn though, if he has a draw you want to charge him more, if he doesn't a larger bet will make him think you are bluffing him because those 40/20 players don't like to give up if they think you're bluffing so larger turnbet only has advantages

You can find a fold here, but I'd really like to be betting more on flop and raising more on turn.
