Hi,

Villain is a huge fish running 75/25, so I don't think my call pf is a real mistake.

Seat 1: SB ($221.25)
Seat 2: BB ($268.50)
Seat 3: Villain ($315.93)
Seat 4: MP ($40.00)
Seat 5: CO ($143.55)
Seat 6: Hero (Button) ($199.00)

*** HOLE CARDS ***

Dealt to Hero [K T]

Villain raises to $7.00
Hero calls $7.00
SB calls $6.00

*** FLOP *** $24.00

[4 8 J]

SB checks
Villain bets $23.00
Hero raises to $49.00
SB folds
Villain calls $26.00

*** TURN *** $122.00

[9]

Villain bets $21.00
Hero raises to $143.00, and is all-in

Plz check my line ...

Interesting hand just because i dont feel a fish will ever fold over pair and prob wont fold AJ here. But i dont think this guy is deep thinking enough to throw out a inducing bet to get u to shove. As played i like the line... although i prob make my flop raise a little bigger to like 60 to set up turn shove

if you are going to raise the flop, more than min raise to get some fold equity... hes calling with his entire range that has any equity on the flop.

Call turn, get it in on river if you hit, fold otherwise. I doubt you fold any pair.

call flop as played call turn as played... oh my god

call flop! call at the turn! if you hit shove the river!

why escalate the pot against a villian with major implieds?
do u ever see a better hand folding? there could be an argument for worse hands calling but still...

agreed with flop raise being larger. i do like the line, though.

i like this .. wtf you expect him to fold when u raise the turn ? call , stack the fish when you hit 1/2 the deck... (K,d,7,Q)..this looks like a J that hes never folding... fish bet small not to induce your shove, but to make themselves think " I have to call now.. hes bluffing me"

If you want raise flop - raise more
Turn easy call imho to catch a flush

One thing you don't want to do is bluff a man who never folds.

Don't raise the flop. But as played, the turn is an auto shove but not surprised if he's putting out a blocker but calling anyway.

Edit: Calling the turn is fine though. Your equity isn't amazing and he gives you a chance to draw.

If you were raising the fish to get him to fold then raise more on flop - the mini bet here might not be a bad idea if you were looking to build a big pot against a bad player who will pay you off - although I would have wanted the straight and flush draws on the flop for that type of play.

Once he calls flop then makes small leading bet pushing is a bad play as the guy has said hes got enough of a hand to call. On the turn your getting well over the pot odds to just take the card - if you hit you've got postion to enure you make another few $$ - although I'd prefer to hit the straight as this guy could play AQ the same way!

Just because he's a 75/25 fish doesn't mean he never folds postflop. I suspect he will fold here, so It's probally a decent play.

Having said that, I'd have just seen the river. However, I suspect I don't raise the turn often enough.

You're getting some ridiculous odds here, so calling is hugely profitable. A shove may be profitable (unlikely I think) but it's never going to make you as much as the call imo
