IF he had a draw on the flop, no draw made it. I don't see him betting turn this strong with a T, or raising the flop for that matter.
If he bluff-raised with a weird hand with a K, he's certainly not betting this much on the river.
Then again people don't 3-barrel much, and this is exactly the line I'd expect him to take with a set
His valuerange is pretty much KT (which most won't raise on the flop), 77 and 44, with maybe some (heavily discounted) TT-AA that he didn't 3-bet pre. Given that, this is far from terrible, though readless I'd probably still fold at some point.
His value range should consists largely of KQ and KJ hands that decided to bluff raise the flop, his value range isn't just sets/weirdly played overpairs.
