Villain is an aggressive reg. Lot's of 3- and 4betting was going on between us, especially button vs sb. One Orbit before this hand, I got it in preflop from the button with JJ against AQ and won the flip.
Over a small sampel he raised 4 out of 7 times on the flop and has an AF of 4.2.
As I saw the flop I was sure he would raise.
So whats my best play here?
Reraise/fold flop? Check/call flop? As played?

3bet/get it in on flop...He never has JJorKK given what you said about the history between you two.

He has several draws, and pair-draws in his range and there are too many horrible turn cards to flat his raise.

As played this turn isn't all that bad,but I would probably still fold without any real post-flop reads.

Not a great flop to stack off 150 deep with an overpair, but given the dynamic I think stacking off is the right play.

"As I saw the flop I was sure he would raise"

If you are sure about this then you should decide prior to betting how you are going to respond to said raise. If you don't think you can profitably deal with being raised then check the flop. Yes I'm seriously, no I'm not being results oriented. You're 150 bb's deep, if you think that he's usually going to fold or raise the flop then you've got to decide beforehand how you're oging to respond. If you don't think you can continue profitably to a raise (meaning you are b/f'ing the flop) then you can start by checking the flop since b/f'ing the flop is essentially turning your hand into a bluff.

Due to the fact that you dont have the ace of clubs, why cant you call turn and call all non club rivers?

I agree with this. I think even 99 may not be in his range, or highly unlikely considering he does like 3 and 4 betting a lot and 99 is one of those hands I'd suspect he would.
