Hello everyone. I played this hand against a 31/17 3%bet afq 35. Fold cbet 65

Grabbed by Holdem Manager
NL Holdem $1(BB) Replayer
SB ($99)
BB ($78.52)
Hero ($110)
UTG+1 ($95.50)
CO ($149)
BTN ($130)

Dealt to Hero J A

Hero raises to $3, fold, fold, BTN calls $3, fold, BB calls $2

FLOP ($9.50) T J A

BB checks, Hero bets $7, BTN calls $7, BB folds

TURN ($23.50) T J A 5

Hero bets $17, BTN calls $17

RIVER ($57.50) T J A 5 Q

Hero bets $24, BTN calls $24

Hero shows J A
(Pre 26%, Flop 71.6%, Turn 84.1%)

BTN shows A Q
(Pre 74%, Flop 28.4%, Turn 15.9%)

BTN wins $100

I just want to know what's the correct line on the river. Flop and turn seem standard. River i bet half pot for value vs a lot of 2pair he could have in his range. If he has a K he raises me so i can fold.

River bet is a bit too thin imo. I mean you can bet like even smaller such as 13 dollars here to get called by some QJ QT type hand or MAYBE AX but a ton of the time he also has some Kx pair + SD

worst river would be K hearts.

Hi!

I think this was played okish.this villain will have a lot of worse Ax and 2pair hands in his range. I would prob bet smaller on the turn to keep in Ax, and bet smaller on the river to force calls from both Ax and worse two pairs.

Seems fine. You could probably go a bit smaller on the river but the hand looks pretty standard.
