raise turn or flat? What as played? I know maybe raise flop but I think floating here is better idea.

Raising turn is fine as you want to get the money in. Flat as played, don't think he ever has you beat with this line and you want him to spew the river when he misses his draw or whatever.

Flop is very marginal as you have basically no backdoors and are behind vs almost every FD + you cant stand any heat

Only hands I'd be worried about are 88 and like Ah4h, so I'd certainly flat the turn and call river.

we've only played 3 hands against villan and he has played two of them and raised one of them. It's flimsy but we can lean very very slightly lean to the fact than villan may play a lot of hands but mostly we're treating him as a complete unknown.

I'm not worrying too much about him having the case 4 with a better kicker and 88 is a concern but I'm not worrying too much with the FD and inside straight draw combos he could have.

It's a close call between pushing and flatting. If you push you are going to lose out when he spazzes and bluffs the river and if you get called you are usually in bad shape but you do want to protect against the draw. I reluctantly just call with the view to calling a bet on the river.

turn play is good so far. definitely call again and call almost any river (non-heart)
