NL100 weak fold? NL100 weak fold?

I don't like opening 3 threads and spots are kinda similiar (3bet pot, OOP, river decision) so I will put all here.

In all 3 hands I see merits for atleast 2 decisions (shove, c/c, c/f).

Hand 1
Villian is fish reg who plays 34/19 with 40% fold vs 3bet, opening UTG 25% over 250 hands. Got these notes:
- doesn't bluff when miss in big pot
- call AQ PF IP deep and raise Q78
- limp/c JT, call Jxx, just call T
- donk A5 on AKT

If I were vs competent player (but it's questionable if I would 3bet AK) I would shove river because he doesn't have many flushes in his range but I'm thinking this guys might have more. Also I have general thinking that most weak players wouldn't turn their hand (Kx, PP) into a bluff OTR.

SB: $132.95 (133 bb)
Hero (BB): $101.50 (101.5 bb)
UTG: $740.55 (740.6 bb)
MP: $101.40 (101.4 bb)
CO: $96 (96 bb)
BTN: $78.50 (78.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with A K
UTG raises to $3, 4 folds, Hero raises to $9, UTG calls $6

Flop: ($18.50) K 4 5 (2 players)
Hero bets $11, UTG calls $11

Turn: ($40.50) 9 (2 players)
Hero bets $22, UTG calls $22

River: ($84.50) 5 (2 players)
Hero ??

Hand 2
Villian is bad regular who plays 25/18 with 60% fold vs 3bet, got note that he is station but not sure about his thinking process.

MP: $238.15 (238.2 bb)
CO: $132.25 (132.3 bb)
BTN: $122.05 (122.1 bb)
Hero (SB): $100 (100 bb)
BB: $130.85 (130.9 bb)
UTG: $231.75 (231.8 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A T
2 folds, CO raises to $3, BTN folds, Hero raises to $10, BB folds, CO calls $7

Flop: ($21) T 4 5 (2 players)
Hero bets $12, CO calls $12

Turn: ($45) 2 (2 players)
Hero bets $24, CO calls $24

River: ($93) Q (2 players)
Hero ?

Hand 3
Villian is 24/18 with 48% fold vs 3bet and small 4bet (~10%). Althought I guess flating PF is better play, I sometimes like to 3bet to have initiative. But vs this guy I've made mistake, flating would've been better.
Anyway, notes on him:
- doesn't barrel in 3bet pot?... cbet TT7 with Ax, c K
- easy calls and bluffcatch (confirmed).. thin vbet

It's hard for me to define his range after calling turn.

SB: $101.20 (101.2 bb)
Hero (BB): $100 (100 bb)
UTG: $128.80 (128.8 bb)
MP: $343.65 (343.7 bb)
CO: $91.50 (91.5 bb)
BTN: $137.40 (137.4 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with T 9
3 folds, BTN raises to $2, SB folds, Hero raises to $8, BTN calls $6

Flop: ($16.50) 3 4 9 (2 players)
Hero bets $10, BTN calls $10

Turn: ($36.50) 5 (2 players)
Hero bets $20, BTN calls $20

River: ($76.50) A (2 players)
Hero ?

Hand 1: I think this is a great spot to jam vs V. I am getting it in here 100% of the time vs. this Villain.

Hand 2: I think I check/call flop. I don't want to bloat the pot out of position. Just barreling here, esp. with your note that he has had a history as a station might be a spew. Interested to see the results later, but I am not sure he is calling with worse on the turn.

Hand 3: Same as above - more inclined to check/call flop to keep the pot small. As played, I check/fold river.

This is an area I struggle with (3betting out of the blinds) and am interested to see what othes think.

Hand 1 I either c/f or jam depending on WTSD and W$SD.
Hand 2 c/f river. Think you can c/c turn and river with As and think you should cbet when this strong. Can check worse Tx.
Hand 3 c/f river like how you played it up to this point. Tough to really develop a bluffing range on this river but don't think this hand should be in that range.
