hmm... I'm trying figure out what his range it. If he folds 88% in sb vs steal, that means he's calling with the other 12%. and then you get check raised on the flop, which he hasn't done before. Are we really calling down hoping to beat KJ TT 99 and split with AJ? Basically i'm trying to break down what villain might have with the information given.
how large is the sample size.

Wrong. He 3bet a part of those 12%. Thus you can remove the very top of his range (AK,QQ+) that he would nearly always have 3bet preflop.

I mean you are only beating a bluff. If you have no reads on villain I would fold.
