Villain was pretty tight so far.(running 17 12 over 40 hands) thats why
I decided to flat pre.

How is postflop? Anyone play any different? Call river as played right?

Meh hes made it so cheap you have to call, probably even vs a range of AQ+. Vs a nit like this you can probably fold to a normal river bet though.

As for the rest of the hand I play the same. I don't think raising anywhere will accomplish much

given he raised UTG I wouldn't like a raise at any point in the hand

river is a call - you only have to be right ~25%

and you said villain is tight pre which is why you flatted - even if he wasn't particularly tight, 3etting AQ against an UTG opener (unless it's a squeeze) is a meh line to take

Do you fold AQ oop vs very tight players?

I usually don't cause I think how can I fold AQ to a single raise in 6max?

But I honetly dont see the value in playing AQ vs a range that will either have us dominated if the money gets in or fold if we are ahead(except maybeAJ or KQs, if that)
