Opponent is about 24/20 over a small sample and seems a bit out of line in general.

It being rush I'm unsure what kind of stats he may have on me but I'm probably play 20/17 like normal. In the 100ish hands I've played with him I've probably 3bet him 2 or 3 times from position and maybe once or twice from the blinds. This hand is somewhat old but I think he may have 4bet me once and I folded and otherwise we haven't played any significant pots.

well, given you don't have some big 3bet dynamic and the fact there isn't even so much of a gut shot to be chasing, I'd fold.

I don't like the pf 3bet unless you're willing to stack off JJ 200bb deep (unless opponent is fish it's bad imo). Unless villain calls 3bets OOP with a wide range and 4b bluffs relatively rarely.
No info on his 3bet OOP calling range but since you're 200bb deep I would give him a range of AA-22 and SC's 56s+ along with A2+s.
The flop is relatively dry so his check-raise can mean anything really, value range is sets and 99+ even though I think he's more inclined to call 99+ since he decided not to 4bet PF.
His semi bluff range would be A3, A4 and 67. However, his flop raise is pretty big which makes me think his range is more value weighted (If he's trying to get you off air, a smaller raise would do the job).
Once you call his flop raise, he has to put you on a strong hand which most likely won't fold the turn. So we can assume his turn bet is very value weighted. If he had 67 he scored too.
I'd say his range at this point pretty much has you crushed unless you've seen him do spewy stuff like shove his air here.
So Fold

Fold pre, fold flop.

After he makes that massive raise on the flop, what are you expecting to happen on the turn. If you are going to call the flop raise you absolutely can't fold on this turn

fold pf? wtf?!?!?

I dunno. People give up a tonne when the bluff raise the flop. Not to mention I'd rather call a big raise than a small raise if I'm folding the turn. I think a small raise is more likely to be followed by a turn barrel than a big raise. A big raise can be one and done. A small raise pretty much has to be part of a plan to double barrel.

Also, there's no reason for him to need to really set it up to be all in on the turn given the board texture, so his raise size on the flop isn't that telling of his intentions.
