He did fast call turn. I put him on hands like weak pair + dro. So I have much FE on river.
But maybe it would be better to bet turn begger size and to shove river (more FE).

Pre-Flop: (€1.50, 6 players) Hero is BB A 10
3 folds, BTN raises to €3, 1 fold, Hero calls €2

Flop: 2 8 7 (€6.50, 2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets €4, Hero raises to €12, BTN calls €8

Turn: 6 (€30.50, 2 players)
Hero bets €22, BTN calls €22

River: Q (€74.50, 2 players)
Hero bets €37.25, BTN

Mehh.. i'd bet more, and also do it with your valuerange.

You make it so cheap. All of his missed draws are going to fold anyway and his showdownhands have to be right +- 1 out of 3. Think it's close for him to call, so i'd make it more

I like it, even though i'd et turn bigger and shove river personally.
Though his RFI on BT makes me a little bit nervous. (still, you have nutblockers + his range is full of busted draws, so its definitely +EV)

A bit too small on riv, otherwise it's fine. Can't really bet a turn like that and not bet river.

3bet preflop.
As played, x/c flop.
As played, barrel turn.
As played, AhTh is not the worst hand to bluff with. But bet bigger.

When you bet that turn you expect to be called by pair + draws, which will not fold turn. So either you bet the turn with intention to bet river and get folds, or you shouldn't be betting turn. I guess without this extra explanation some people might get the wrong impression, but it's a very obvious saying with pretty obvious implications that I assumed people would understand.

Since the turn card is so good for his range, I prefer giving up OTT.

Triple barreling is the next best option.

Much larger on the river.

I'd rather c/c than c/r.
01-26-2014 , 10:25 PM
You have a pretty easy flop c/c

As for river, betting half pot is pretty ridiculous
01-27-2014 , 08:16 AM
Yeah I agree c/c flop.
But as played i'm betting bigger river.

Since u have so much hands on each other, think of your raise flop % could be and if u have higher than normal thats a reason why he floats u.
