I think usually for me this is a get it in and I don't think twice about it but Villian is some what of a nit.

Villian is 24/19 F3b 51% But postflop he has a c/r os 2% (6/321) that is single raised pots, In 3b pots he has 4% raise CB 49% Fold to CB.

Villian just doesnt get out of line much...

Really tough spot, IMO. Villain hand is most likely 88, TT, AJc, AKc (may have 4bet pf) or JJ. AQc and KQc aren't very likely. Villain also could have slow played AA or KK with your 3bet pf range pretty wide with him opening in CO.

I don't think Villain is raising here with AT.

You're way ahead of one hand (JJ), way behind 4 hands (88, TT, KK, AA), marginally ahead of one hand (AJc), and another is a coin flip (?) (AKc).

I'm folding this flop against Villain.

You can call and reevaluate turn I guess. I still don't see stacks not getting in here. From V's stats he's not folding enough vs 3-bets which means he probably set mines all pocket pairs. My advice, make it $10.5/$11 pre to give him poor set mining odds and then don't feel bad getting an overpair in.
