Villain is a 23/6 fish who I have very only a small sample of hands on.

Party Poker, $0.50/$1 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 5 Players
LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter

BTN: $171.80
SB: $155.80
BB: $94.19
Hero (UTG): $137.93
CO: $103.13

Pre-Flop: K K dealt to Hero (UTG)
Hero raises to $3.50, CO calls $3.50, BTN calls $3.50, SB folds, BB calls $2.50

Flop: ($14.50) 8 A A (4 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets $10, CO folds, BTN calls $10, BB folds

Turn: ($34.50) 9 (2 Players)
Hero?

I feel like this is as good a turn as I can ask for, apart from a K of course, is this a good spot to double barrel? It would suck so much to get raised here but check/calling seems kinda meh.Is it even worth c-betting this flop multiway?

Comments on all streets appreciated

Personally. I think i would rather check here especially if your info says hes a fish. A fish would call with a flush draw on a paired board and he could have the ace i think you have to see what he wants to do and check this hand on the turn hopefully you can see the river cheaply.

What does betting accomplish? I'm guessing a passive player will only call with an ace or a flush, against which you're drawing to 11 outs = 24% equity (assuming he doesn't have a boat). Even though it may seem weak, I like a check and see what he comes up with. Presumably he checks back his non-ace/flush hands, which is fine, because you can bet a lot of rivers and get called down lighter because you showed weakness.

Whether or not to call his turnbet would depend on the size and whether or not you think he's capable of bluffing.
