Villain is 16/9/3.1 in 2k hands I think that given my pf bet and he is nitty he is very likely to have a pp turned set more than A9 or str8 draw.

I don't really know. I'd either shove or fold. my reasoning would be that AA KK QQ would probably have 3b pf. so we're either way ahead or way behind. Is this guy passive enough that he wouldn't reraise a high pp pf? If I lead the flop I probably make the bet a bit larger as well.

he had 5% 3bet pf so i think that he 3bet only AKs, JJ+

Given that he's re-raised with 2 people still to act I give him credit for > JJ. Fold IMO.
