NL100, I want to play back vs his flop raise, bad idea? NL100, I want to play back vs his flop raise, bad idea?

I just sat down and this was like after 5 hands so no read.
So my plan was to just fire any club or TJQA on the turn, sounds good?
His raise is so small and I'm trying to put him a range that will call my 3bet OOP that would raise this flop. I guess he can have lots of draws and sets, but that's just a small portion of his range.
I was kinda tempted to just shove since I have decent equity against his draws and there's a lot of dead money in there if he's bluffing. I mean he should fold all his semi bluffs and SD's and such thinking he's not priced in.
What do you think?

He is unknown, you have no idea if he setmines in 3bet pots or if he's bad to the extent that he would raise Kx here, i'd just muck and feel pretty happy about it.
