SB: $67.20
BB: $96.20
Hero (UTG): $111.35
CO: $185.15
BTN: $30.10

Pre Flop: Hero is UTG with Q K
Hero raises to $3, 2 folds, SB calls $2.50, BB calls $2

Flop: ($9.00) 3 9 K (3 players)
SB checks, BB bets $5

Villain in this situation is 33/15 over 200 hands or so. I have no reads on him other than that. His hand happened a while ago, so all I can tell you is that villain does have a tendency to donk OOP a bit.

I don't mind raise/getting it in against a villain like this. If your image is anything besides nitty, raise/getting it in seems fine.

I doubt this particular villain is taking image into consideration when he makes plays.

Absolutely nothing, which is what I chose to do.

Turn is the 4 which gives me top pair and a flush draw. Villain bets $12 into $19.

Call and fold to a river bet ?

I like calling flop and turn because guy with these stats is ultra capable betting there with hands we crush and also capable of calling a river bet with these too. Seeing a river IP is sweet.

K, so calling flop and turn are standard, good stuff. I called turn. Let's assume one of the following situations arises:

River is a A
a. Villain bets $40 into 43
b. Villain bets $25 into 43

River is a 2
c. Villain bets $40 into 43
d. Villain bets $25 into 43

I call all but the pot-size bet on A river.
