First of all - should I bet flop?

Ok, so here's what I think. Flop is checked around, turn checked around to the fish. He bets little more than half of the pot on the turn that paired top card. I mean... wouldn't he bet the king on the flop? I suppose blinds would bet the king on the turn. I know that I'm not reping king, but it's not that important in this spot. I don't think blind will step in w/o a hand here, they are sandwiched between me and the fish. I don't think this fish is capable of any hand reading and will give me credit for a king.

What do you think? Does that make any sense to you?

I don't think the fish will give you credit for a king. He might have checked a jack on the flop and decided to bet it on the turn.
Since I don't expect him to fold very much except air to your raise I' rather flat - you might have the best hand, and you might improve on the river. I don't see a fish folding a jack here - if you did have a king you would probably stack him.
