villain 20/15/3 5% 3bet from BB over 400. I'm around 20/17 I think on this table, few 3 bets here and there.

I'm bit lost with his range here? Think he'd cbet all sets, top pair, etc. so he is fairly polarized to flopped flush/Ad/air? Turn is a fold as played?

If his range is flushes/Ad/air I would not be folding. (I think you can add 99 into that range as well)

you're only beat by 99 and your range for betting the turn is super wide, I would get it in.

do you think it would be smart,creative,or dumb of villain to check behind KdKx or AdAx on the flop here? Villain can still get this in on two streets AFAIK.

as played I'd shove.. not a fistpump but definitely better than any other option.

At first glance my gut tells me you're beat because he has such a low 3B%.

I think Amoeba is pretty good so I'd probably do what he does and shove with blind faith.

If I had to put him on a range, 99-AA, AQo, AKo with a diamond.

everytime I get it in here I'm beat,I don't think he'll raise AK with a diamond here so his range imo is stronger made hands
but offcourse I can't fold TPTK in a 3betpot

i think he is rarely bluffing with this line because people would normally just bet the flop if they had air. he probably slowplayed something or hit a set of 9s.

i can't beleive noone is donk/getting this in. clearly the best line.

as played he must have exactly a flush or 99 here. maybe slowplayed set or AA KK with a diamond. nothing else makes sense. they only thing that would make me consider shoving this is that your betsize is extremely small and it could've induced some **** like this.
