I have a rather tight image, so I really don't feel like without dynamics I can profitably 4-bet / call this. Calling 3-bets OOP isn't normally part of my game plan but I did not want to fold either this time...
As I say I don't think it's especially great to call, but 4-bet / folding AQ is imo very, very bad. Even horrible. I would never 4-bet fold such a strong hand (well maybe like extremely deep).

I could be wrong, but I think 4-bet/folding AQ 150 BB is fine.
I'm not sure which is the best line, but calling pre puts you in such a horrible implied odds spot that I just personally dislike it.
edit: After thinking about it I think calling AQs is fine, but what about AQo?
I think you are wrong.. But I'm no poker god, all I can say that I don't do it and I am quite sure it's not OK.
I think it's probably OK deeper, like 200bb+, because then it is sort of nut 4-bet bluff hand when it has blockers to AA and QQ and the strongest hand we can still fold to a 5bet. But in normal 150bb circumstances I think it is too strong.
I hate it. A random hand/pair with a spade is very likely, and he isn't folding any of them.
I like even shoving river more.
I don't know what I was thinking suggesting betting this river. We have some SD value betting river would be pretty awful. I wouldn't mind it with air though....
