May as well just ship river. He's not folding any pair or ace high and he'll prob be even more super tilted if he has to fold w/o seeing your hand.

How do you perceive his pot sized bets?

Draw heavy or nutted heavy?

I think the river might be a fold because sometimes I see this type of potter go dead silent on river when they miss. He also seems passive on river, low AF.

If you know he is tilting then shouldn't you raise flop or raise turn to stick the money in?
