I'd probably be folding too. But I'd be a bit sad. Turn check could indicate he has 66/22 or JX and checking turn realising he needs you to hit or bluff the river to get value?

Not sure what are you doing with QQ-AA ott but if you bet them you are basicaly b/f 100% of your range (unless you x turn with Jx and i really doubt it). Wich might be a reason to b/c.
