Villain is 17/12/2 over 100 hands, no special history, he views me as pretty aggro. I was playing LAGish on the table like usual.

IIRC villain didn't fold to cbets that much and his wtsd is only 15 over this sample.

I think that by the turn he could have picked up some additional outs like Kx cc, ATcc, A2cc. I beat ATcc and QT but can't really c/c on the river u know.

I 2nd barreled because I thought he might fold KQ or KT here. After he calls rather quick I figured he is either being stubborn with AJ or has some mediocre king.

Is this hand utter spew? If so, what conditions would make it better?

If you think he'll fold KQ and AJ here then it's good. If not then it sucks imo.

How about the turn barrel in a vacuum? Not great?

Yeah you pretty much have to 3 barrel most rivers if you bet the turn. Nits and TAGs use call/call/fold a lot against decent LAGs and TAGs.

Hate this - A second barrel isnt folding a K and I doubt a 3rd will that often

I'm pretty sure no one folds KQ to a standard second barrel here. Most probably don't fold KT either. River is a different story

I think the river bet is kind of small and villain will at least make a crying call with KQ. I really think it depends on the villians view of you though. Some people call here all the time with a J and just don't believe you. Against others this can be a great 3rd barrel.

Problem is your not repping much. And there is a missed draw. The only thing in your favour is that you are UTG.

22, 88, AA, KK, JJ, KJ, AK, maybe K8s. Betting KQ there would be very thin.

Ye but jeezuz, you can rep sets and overs on any board. The important thing is the texture does not change. You are just repping agression, he can not pin point your range and can choose just be stubborn against a LAG. And KQ is effectively AK in this spot as he probably does not flat call AK against a LAG opening very often. Depends on the blinds but generally.

I dont like it. I dont see him calling anything on the turn here that will fold on the river, especially when he see's you as being very aggresive.

i don't like the 2nd barrel here. i think most of his range will still call a bet here.
as played river 3rd barrel can be okay because he will fold Jx and most K's pbb but as corsakh says you cannot represent a lot hands here only agression. and that's a very good point imo
a problem is that he views you as pretty agro so he will call you of light..
