I'm not sure about the way I played this hand. On the turn I more or less turned my TT into a bluff, because the only worse hands I can see calling me are turned flush draws and thare are very few combos he would both 3-bet preflop and call the flop with, my guess only A5s, A4s, 75s, 65s and 64s. So the turn bet is basically designed to fold out JJ or a weak Q like QJ/QT, and because I don't want to put myself in a difficult spot on the river by checking behind.
Villain is 19/16/3.2 with a 3-bet% of 8 over 1,500 hands and seems to be a decent player.
