NL 100 AK in the SB against two shortstacks facing utg r, and a 3bet NL 100 AK in the SB against two shortstacks facing utg r, and a 3bet

Both villains are unknown, i have a very small sample of them.
UTG raiser is 36/21 over 20 hands , BTN is 29/ 2.7 over 40 hands. Both have around 40 bb-s.
Calling is not an option, but is it a fold or a shove knowing BTN-s preflop raise stats?

$0.5/$1 No Limit Holdem

UTG ($40.47)
UTG+1 ($40.85)
CO ($100.25)

Pre-flop: ($1.5, 6 players) Hero is SB K A
UTG raises to $3, 2 folds, BTN raises to $13, Hero ?
