UTG is a very very tight mass tabler running 11/9..cutoff is an unknown, playing 1 table (recreational player most likely). Obv not a great flop, but it is drawy...call or fold???

11/9 over how large of a sample?
08-21-2010 , 09:42 PM
close to 4000 hands..but I dont think the cutoff is aware/care about this.

i cant fold this unless u think the co is good/aware enough not to 3bet JJ/QQ against the utg raiser

So the nit folded PF?

The pot is pretty big, we're 100 BB deep, and we have an overpair with a .

I call this. It might not be a fistpump, but I definitely don't fold here without a read that he is a nit.

I call here, the recreational player could have QJ, but also gets it in here with AQ/KQ/AJ and flush/straight draws imo.

nvm. misread hand

hmm sounds like everyone thinks this is a snap call...I did call at the end but didn't really like it at all. Although the board is drawy, I couldn't really see him shoving with a draw...guess it is pretty standard call on my part, idk :/

Easiest call ever, would be interesting if 11/9 UTG raiser was the one who flatted/jammed this flop.

Its very hard to fold here...call and pray

I'd fold vs the 11/9, pretty quickly.

+1, probably consider c/f flop

yeah, i reluctantly called...and he had AA heh

I guess my question should've been not to call or fold, but how close of a decision it is..I actually tanked for awhile and did not like the call one bit...

I would snap fold if it was the 11/9 sending it all in...more interesting situation would've been if the villain was a good thinking TAG and was aware of UTG's stats...(so therefore he is capable of calling my squeeze with QQ/JJ).

My thinking at the time was that I felt like he shove all in could be sets/QJ...but I guess without any history/reads I have to call.
