I just can't seem to beat 50NL. Im not sure if I'm running bad or what. Here are my stats for 50NL. VPIP 20% PFR 18% 3BET 6% WTSD 28% W$SD% 51% AGGfactor 2.6 and my winrate is -5.5BB/100 over about 30K hands. What do you guys think I should work on?

play more hands, post more hands, try the micro stakes forum or the beginner's forum, afaik the beginner's forum has a "Stats" thread for questions just like this

Your stats are fine, which means your play is bad. Get a coach, post a video in the appropriate forum, or have someone sweat you. You can figure it out if you can swallow criticism and avoid the average players pitfall. Which is only posting bad beats, and trying to show everyone how bad they run. Accept your faults, disregard your ego, and post a video/get a coach.

You go to SD a lot, and win >50% and still lose money. So, I guess you need to find a way to stop losing the big pots at SD, and winning the small ones.

you probably overvalue certain hands way too much and undervalue other hands. you probably don't realize when people are 3b'ing you with a super tight range and you are paying them off when you shouldn't be

PF stats are really not that important unless you're doing something obviously wrong (which it doesn't look like).

Start looking for where you're leaking post-flop. This is just a random guess, but I'd bet you pay off too much.
