With no information on villian taking a min-check raise line on turn, would we usually reraise or just call here?

Looks good as a standard. If you know he raises 1pair on the Turn a 3bet is of course best, but i don't see that too often.

+1 to above, wp, I saw many fishes minraising turn and c-ing river with TPWK to "potcontrol".
